Free speech is never free

Since many Americans have not yet realised it, let me say that tyranny has now arrived at their shores. It is not yet a full-blown violent tyranny, but that will come in time. At present, you might call it peaceful slavery. In fact, Thomas Jefferson had something to say on the topic: I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.

Though many people have trumpeted how “democracy prevailed” in the recent election, it would be naïve to claim that America is governed “of the people, by the people and for the people”. Democratic systems are fragile in nature and they can be easily broken, particularly by corrupt, deceitful and wicked mankind.

Leftists want to do away with freedom of speech and freedom of religion. Why? Because both preserve mankind’s ability to think freely for himself. Tyrannical governments don’t want free-thinkers – they want sheep. Why do you think it is called the American dream or the Australian dream? Because you have to be asleep to get it.

The “left” in America has reached a point where they are so powerful they can now set all of the rules and anyone who holds a view that disagrees with the leftist mob is labelled an enemy. Alexis de Tocqueville gave a perfect description of the type of oppression people are now facing:

Tyranny in democratic republics does not proceed in the same way, however. It ignores the body and goes straight for the soul. The master no longer says: “You will think as I do or die. He says: You are free not to think as I do. You may keep your life, your property and everything else. But from this day forth you shall be as a stranger among us.

You will retain your civic privileges, but they will be of no use to you. For if you seek the votes of your fellow citizens, they will withhold them and if you seek only their esteem, they will feign to refuse even that. You will remain among men, but you will forfeit your rights to humanity. When you approach your fellow creatures, they will shun you as one who is impure.

And even those who believe in your innocence will abandon you, lest they, too, be shunned in turn. Go in peace, I will not take your life, but the life I leave you with is worse than death.”

The left are attacking freedom of speech so vehemently because they want a compliant society that will go along with the official narrative given by the ruling government, the alphabet agencies (CIA, FBI etc) and the media. If you don’t yet believe that government agencies manipulate the media, I suggest you read up on Operation Mockingbird. The official narrative is that the program was shut down. I’ll let you judge for yourself whether or not that is the case. In any event, I believe that intelligence agencies are very active on social media, spreading disinformation under fake social media accounts.

So, my advice remains twofold. Read information from reputable sources (including the Bible of course!) and ask questions. Ask and ask and ask until you get an answer you are satisfied with. Because right now, the truth is hidden behind many layers.

My final piece of advice is for you to dump Google as your search engine. For some time, I have been using the amusingly named DuckDuckGo. It does not track your searches and breach your privacy as Google does.
